Forward Craig Smith completed his regular season on fire, scoring two goals and adding two assists in the Nashville Predators' 7-3 rout of the Wild in Minnesota Sunday night. Smith ended his season on a four-game point streak and set career highs for the season with 24 goals, 28 assists and 52 points in 79 games. Center Calle Jankrok also had a productive night for the Preds in Minnesota, scoring a goal (his second of the season) and picking up two assists. Other scorers for Nashville were Rich Clune (third), Ryan Ellis (sixth) and Roman Josi (13th). The Preds are out of the playoffs for the second consecutive season but they dazzled their fans in their final two games, scoring 14 times. They won 7-5 over the defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks at home Saturday night.
