Brandon Segal was sent to Tampa Bay for Matt Fornataro. Segal played with the Lightning in 2008-09, failing to record a point in two games. He has also played for Dallas and L.A., totaling 11-11-22 in 94 NHL games over the course of four seasons. He was 13-12-25 in 53 games with Rockford (AHL) this season.
