Luongo will be between the pipes for Saturday's game against the Canadiens, George Richards of the Miami Herald reports. Coach Gerard Gallant said he'd wait and see how Luongo fares Saturday before determining if he'd stick with the goalie Sunday in Ottawa, but given that the tight nature of the Eastern Conference wild-card standings, it would be a surprise if backup Dan Ellis received the starting nod. Since returning from a shoulder injury just over a week ago, Luongo has looked sharp in his four outings to this point, winning three of the turns and stopping 97 of 104 shots (.932 save percentage). He should keep the Panthers competitive Saturday, even though he's expected to square off against the presumptive Vezina Trophy winner in Carey Price.
