Halak will be in the crease for Friday's game against the Senators, Arthur Staple of Newsday reports. Halak took a tough toss his last time out against the rival Rangers, stopping 20 of the first 21 shots he faced before a carom off the skate of teammate Ryan Strome beat the goalie for the game-winner. It doesn't seem as though Halak has ceded much ground to Michal Neuvirth as the Isles' No. 1 goalie, but with another back-to-back set kicking off Friday, look for Neuvirth to receive a start Saturday versus the Canadiens.
