Carter suffered an upper-body injury during Monday's game against the Canucks and is expected to be sidelined for extended time, Michael Russo of the Star Tribune reports.Coach Mike Yeo said after Monday's game that Carter won't get back on the ice in the near future. Carter should consequentially be considered out until further news is released by Minnesota about the severity of his injury.
