Bailey notched an assist and two shot attempts in Tuesday's loss to the Panthers. Bailey continues to hold down a top-line role with John Tavares, though Kyle Opkoso (eye) is no longer joining them on the trio. Anders Lee has since stepped in to fill the void, and if his performance Tuesday (two goals) was any indication, the top line should be just fine. Bailey had a hand in Lee's first goal, snapping a minor two-game point drought for the latter. Dating back to Jan. 9, Bailey has produced two goals and eight assists in 10 games, making him a useful asset to pursue in mid-sized formats.
