Jokinen has been a healthy scratch for both of the Predators' last two games. Signed to a one-year, $2.5 million contract in the summer, Jokinen has been quite a bust even by the modest standards of his salary. After scoring at a half-point-per-game pace with the Jets last season, Jokinen has failed to get going thus far in 2014-15, submitting three goals and three assists in 47 games. Jokinen, who almost certainly won't be re-signed by the Predators after the season, may need an injury at forward in order to get back in the lineup.
