Hiller was mediocre in relief of Kari Ramo on Wednesday, giving up two goals on just nine shots in a 3-2 loss. Ramo left the game at the midway point of the second period after being run into, forcing Hller into the game. Hiller had started the last 10 games for the Flames and was set to enjoy a night off, but was thrust into action unexpectedly and his poor performance certainly reflected that. Look for him to bounce back in his next start, likely on Friday against the Panthers.
