Perron won't be available for the Penguins' game Friday against the Lightning, but is expected to play Saturday versus the Canadiens. Acquired by the Penguins in a trade with the Oilers earlier in the day, Perron won't arrive in Pittsburgh until late in the evening Friday. He'll likely meet with the coaching staff Saturday morning before it's decided where he'll fit in with his new squad, but a role on either the top line next to Sidney Crosby or the second line next to Evgeni Malkin seems to be in the offing.
