Steen chipped in an assist in Tuesday's loss to the Predators. Steen has picked up assists in three of his last six games, but it's his decline in shot attempts during that span that's proven most troubling. He's mustered a total of 11 shots in those games, a number well below his season average. Few expected him to repeat his 62-point breakout from a year ago, but the Blues were probably banking on him to have double-digit goals by this point in the season.
