Umberger notched an assist in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Wild. Umberger has managed to gather a point in two of his last three games, but his overall output (seven in 34 contests) still represents a dispiriting output. He's been seeing most of his time on the third line this season and doesn't look primed for an elevation to a top-six role anytime soon.
