Coach Mike Johnston said Saturday that the Penguins are still waiting on the test results for Crosby's illness, Dave Molinari of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. After missing Thursday's practice with an illness, Crosby took part in Friday's optional skate, but did so with obvious swelling on the right side of his face. Though the Penguins don't believe Crosby is dealing with the mumps, the widespread nature of the virus around the league prompted the team to sit him out of their games Friday and Saturday. The Penguins should have more clarity regarding their star's illness before the weekend comes to a close.
