Spaling left Tuesday's practice after sustaining a cut on his nose, Seth Rorabaugh of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. Coach Mike Johnston said after the session that Spaling's injury wasn't serious. With the Penguins not playing their next game until Friday, it seems likely that Spaling won't have to miss any time on account of the minor scrape.
