Boyes was a minus-2 with five shots on goal in just under 16 minutes of ice time in Thursday's loss to the Blue Jackets. Boyes has posted solid numbers through the first quarter of the season, notching 12 points (4G, 8A) in 24 games. He is currently tied for 4th on the team in scoring, and has three assists in the past four games entering into Saturday's contest against Buffalo. Boyes is on pace for 41 points this season which would be the first time since 2010-2011, reaching 40 plus points.
