Coach Mike Yeo said Cooke (hip) is still a couple of weeks away from rejoining the Wild, Chad Graff of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports. Cooke was expected to resume skating with his teammates this week and zero in on a return soon after that, but he apparently hasn't made as much progress to this point as anticipated. The Wild could sorely use Cooke's presence on their bottom-six and can only stay patient as they wait for his condition to improve.
