Richards tallied his first goal of the season in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Maple Leafs. Richards has scored four of his five points on the season over the last five games, but that hasn't changed the fact that he's been a disappointment to date. He was expected to challenge for the second-line center role in training camp, but it appears the Blackhawks have settled on Andrew Shaw at that spot for the time being.
