Willie Mitchell, who will be an unrestricted free agent this summer, wants to extend his career. Mitchell missed the 2013 campaign, so he's won the Stanley Cup in each of the last two seasons he's participated in. It might be tempted to retire at the age of 37 on that note, but that's not what he's interested in doing. Mitchell isn't sure if he'll end up re-signing with the Kings though as the team might decide to go in a different direction.
