Still was released Monday by the Jets, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Still signed with New York earlier this month, but he is now the latest veteran to be released as the Jets go for a younger approach to their roster. Still will now be looking to sign with his fourth team since he joined the league back in 2012.

Still signed a contract with the Jets on Friday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though his signing doesn't seem to align with the Jets' youth movement, Still will provide the Jets with depth along the defensive line.

Still, who underwent Lisfranc surgery in October, is nearing full health, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
EDGE Analysis
Still appeared in just three games with the Texans throughout the 2016 season, notching three tackles before suffering the foot injury. The former second-rounder is no longer with Houston, but could have several options elsewhere upon his return to full health.

Still was palced on IR with an undisclosed injury, Sarah Barshop of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's unclear what Still's injury is, since he played in the Texans' Week 4 loss to the Patriots. Brandon Dunn was promoted from the practice squad to fill Still's spot on the defensive line.

Still started at left defensive end in place of the injured J.J. Watt (back) in Houston's preseason opener.
EDGE Analysis
Still did not record a tackle in the Texans' win over the 49ers, but appears to be the front runner if Watt is required to miss any games to start the regular season. The Texans are giving reps to several linemen at defensive end as they prepare for the possibility of not having Watt, as well as an open starting spot at right defensive end opposite Watt.

Still played some defensive end during Houston's first training camp practice Sunday, John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Texans have a starting spot available at right defensive end, so Still is in the mix for the job along with Chritian Covington and Brandon Dunn. Still should be considered a long shot for the job after not playing at all in 2015.

Bengals placed DT Devon Still (back) and TE Alex Smith (wrist) on injured reserve, ending their seasons. They signed ex-Chargers DT Ogemdi Nwagbuo to fill Still's roster spot. A second-round pick in the 2012 draft, Still has yet to make an impact through two NFL seasons. Brandon Thompson emerged this year as a bigger contributor.

Second-round pick DT Devon Still is expected to work at multiple positions during Bengals OTAs. Still does qualify at defensive end, but is a better fit, schematically, as a three-technique in DC Mike Zimmer's defense, where he projects as a situational pass rusher. In addition to technique issues, Still needs to show better consistency if he hopes to usurp a starting job from Domata Peko or DE Robert Geathers as a rookie.

Bengals agreed to terms with rookie DT Devon Still, the No. 53 overall pick, on a four-year contract. Still dominated the Big Ten conference when his motor was running, although league evaluators believed he took too many plays off. He was still a value pick in a draft class full of them for the Bengals. As a rookie, Still should push hard for playing time behind starters Geno Atkins and Domata Peko. Cincinnati has the potential to field an exciting front-four rotation.
