Patriots waived DT Andre Neblett. Neblett was just signed on Wednesday, but failed to impress during his time with the team. The Patriots have promoted DT Marcus Forston from the practice squad to replace him on the 53-man roster.

Buccaneers signed DT Andre Neblett, formerly of the Panthers. They also signed WR Jheranie Boyd, T Jace Daniels, WR Chris Denton, and LB Ka'lial Glaud, while waiving DT Richard Clebert, WR D.J. Monroe, RB Akeem Shavers, OG Roger Allen, and DE George Selvie following rookie minicamp. Neblett turns 25 next month. He is a bottom-of-the-roster defensive tackle.
