Pierre Thomas rushed 17 times for 87 yards and one touchdown in Sunday night's Week 10 win over the Cowboys, adding seven catches for 24 yards and a second touchdown. Thomas picked up his first rushing score of the season on a garbage time touchdown late in the fourth quarter. He led the Saints in carries, but was outperformed on a per-play basis by Mark Ingram. Thomas continues to be a factor in the passing game along with Darren Sproles, and finished with seven receptions for the second straight week. He'll be an RB3/FLEX option in Week 11 vs. San Francisco.

Pierre Thomas rushed 11 times for 51 yards and caught one pass for 29 yards in Sunday's Week 6 loss to the Patriots. Thomas' dynamic screen skills were put on display and he also had his best rushing gme of the season. Unfortunately for owners, he lost goal-line and clock-killing work to Khiry Robinson. Thomas is averaging 9.8 carries and 4.8 catches per game as the Saints head into their bye. It's a reasonable expectation going forward.

Pierre Thomas caught nine passes for 55 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 36 yards on 19 carries in Sunday's Week 5 win over the Bears. Thomas still can't get anything going on the ground, but he was the biggest weapon in the passing game this week. He caught a two-yard touchdown from Drew Brees early in the second quarter, and then took a 25-yard screen pass to the house untouched just before halftime. Thomas is doing his damage as a receiver. It would be a nice idea to sell high on him this week after the outburst. Thomas' 28 touches were the most he's received in a game since 2008.

Pierre Thomas rushed for just one yard on four carries and caught five passes for 37 yards in New Orleans' Week 4 win over the Dolphins. Thomas had no chance on either of his four runs early in the game. The Dolphins got NT Paul Soliai (knee) back in the lineup and he wrecked the Saints' interior line. UDFA Khiry Robinson got all of the early-down backfield work in the fourth quarter for New Orleans. At the quarter pole, Thomas is on pace for 848 total yards and zero scores on 192 touches. He's a risky flex option each week.

Pierre Thomas rushed 11 times for 28 yards and caught six passes for 39 yards in Sunday's Week 3 win over the Cardinals. With Mark Ingram (toe) inactive, Thomas saw a huge bump in snaps. He failed to convert a 3rd-and-1 --looking much like Ingram -- but did his thing in the passing game. Thomas was unlucky not to break a screen or crossing route for a big gainer. Anytime Ingram isn't in uniform, Thomas is going to have PPR appeal.

Pierre Thomas rushed five times for 29 yards and added four catches for 19 yards in Sunday's Week 2 win over the Bucs. Thomas was used in specific screen situations, but lost some early-down work to Darren Sproles (seven carries). It's a slight change from last week, when Thomas got nine carries and Sproles got eight. Thomas' week-to-week role won't be huge, but he'll get more chances when the Saints are winning. They figure to be doing so in a Week 3 home game against the Cardinals.

Pierre Thomas rushed nine times for 43 yards in New Orleans' Week 1 win over the Falcons, adding four catches for 16 yards. Thomas out-touched and out-produced Mark Ingram, who could manage only 11 yards on nine rushes. Thomas also received the Saints' lone carry inside the Falcons' 10-yard line. Thus far, the Saints have proven stubbornly loyal to Ingram, but Thomas appeared every bit his superior today. Perhaps that will start reflecting itself in weekly workloads.
