Kendricks (lower leg) logged four tackles (three solo) during Thursday's preseason contest against the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
Kendricks is recovering from a fractured tibia, so the fact that he was able to suit up Thursday is positive news. It does not appear as though Kendricks' health stands to limit him heading into the 2019 season.

Coach Pete Carroll said that Kendricks (lower leg) missed Monday's practice due to a "business matter," Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kendricks is recovering from a fractured tibia, so it's encouraging to hear that his absence is not injury related. As long as Kendricks remains sidelined, Shaquem Griffin should benefit from increased reps with the first team. The Seahawks reportedly expect Kendricks to suit up in 2019 despite the fact that the linebacker's insider trading case remains ongoing.

Coach Pete Carroll said Tuesday that he expects Kendricks (lower leg) to be available in 2019 despite the linebacker's ongoing insider trading case, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports. "There's not much that I can say that's going to be proper at this time," Carroll said. "[Kendicks' legal case is] moving along and he's real optimistic about how things are going."
EDGE Analysis
Kendricks pleaded guilty to insider trading last September and signed a contract with Seattle a week later to help replenish depth at a depleted linebacker position. Sources close to the situation believe the linebacker could be facing 30-to-37 months in prison, but his sentencing has already been postponed multiple times for reasons that remain unclear. If Kendricks is indeed available in 2019, he'll have to compete with Barkevious Mingo for snaps alongside K.J. Wright and Bobby Wagner.

Kendricks (lower leg) had his April 4 sentencing hearing postponed Monday without setting a date for the future, Andy Patton of USA Today reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kendricks pleaded guilty to insider trading and will await his fate until further notice. The California product re-signed with the Seahawks this offseason on a one-year, $4 million contract. Kendricks could certainly miss the 2019 season due to jail time, and the team prepared for that, making his contract non-guaranteed. Kendricks likely would be in line for a rotational role in the Seahawks' linebacker corps, if eligible to play.

Kendricks (lower leg) signed a one-year contract worth around $4 million with the Seahawks on Wednesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kendricks pleaded guilty to insider trading and is scheduled to be sentenced April 4, so his future with the Seahawks remains unclear despite re-signing with the team. The 28-year-old is expected to play a starting role if he's able to suit up for 2019, and could replace K.J. Wright at weakside linebacker in the event that Wright ultimately leaves in free agency.

Kendricks (lower leg) has had his federal court sentencing date moved from Jan. 25 to April 4, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kendricks and fellow middle linebacker K.J. Wright are both set to become free agents unless they re-sign with Seattle before March 13. It appears that the Seahawks will be required to address the situation before officially knowing whether Kendricks, who pleaded guilty to insider trading and is now scheduled to be sentenced on April 4, will be available for 2019 and beyond. Kendricks played four games with Seattle in 2018, missing time due to a suspension and a season-ending fractured fibula. The 28-year-old looked the part of a starter while on the field, accumulating 19 tackles, two sacks and one pass defended. Despite Kendricks' solid play, it's reasonable to speculate that the ambiguity surrounding his future availability could supply the Seahawks with some incentive to prioritize re-signing Wright.

Kendricks (lower leg) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kendricks was confirmed to have suffered a fractured tibia in Monday's win over the Vikings, and his placement on injured reserve officially brings an end to his season. The 28-year-old played in only four games prior to the injury due to suspension, totaling 20 tackles and two sacks for the season.

Kendricks (lower leg) broke his tibia Monday against the Vikings and will miss the remainder of the season, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
It was originally believed after Monday night's game that Kendricks had sustained a knee injury, but now it's known to be a lower leg issue. Kendricks had his eight-game suspension lifted Dec. 3 and Monday night was his first game since Week 4, and now he will miss the remainder of the season. Jacob Martin will likely fill in for the California product to finish the season.

Coach Pete Carroll said Tuesday that Kendricks hurt his knee in Monday's game and his status for Week 15 is uncertain, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carroll would go on to say "I don't know how he got through [the game]", suggesting that there is concern on the severity of the injury. Kendricks just had his eight-game suspension lifted Dec. 3 and racked up five tackles (two solo) in Monday night's game. It will be important to track his practice availability leading up to Sunday, but if he can't go, Jacob Martin could see an increased snap count.

Kendricks (suspension) was reinstated to the Seahawks' active roster Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kendricks could wind up playing a pivotal role down the stretch for Seattle. He's currently listed as a backup outside linebacker, but the Seahawks may use him as a change of pace edge rusher during passing downs. Despite his eight-game suspension, Kendricks was permitted to practice with Seattle in mid-November.
