Breida (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
Breida will be a healthy scratch for the fourth time in the last five games. Devin Singletary and Zack Moss will handle Buffalo's backfield duties once again.

Breida (coach's decision) is inactive Saturday against the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
For the third time in four games, Breida won't be available to the Bills offense, leaving the backfield to usual suspects Devin Singletary and Zack Moss.

Breida (coach's decision) will be a healthy scratch Week 17 against Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
With Breida sidelined for the second consecutive week, Zack Moss will once again be tasked with serving as the primary backup to starting running back Devin Singletary. Taiwan Jones is also on hand to serve in his regular special-teams role.

Breida will be a healthy scratch Week 16 against the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
Breida was the only Buffalo running back other than Devin Singletary to receive a carry Week 15 against Carolina, but he was limited to just three offensive snaps and did not see a target in the passing game. Fellow running back Zack Moss was a healthy scratch for that contest, but Moss has managed to avoid the inactive list this week and will presumably be taking on the backup role in Breida's stead.

Breida rushed just once for one yard and was not targeted in the passing game in Sunday's 31-14 win over the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
Even running maven Josh Allen gave way to Devin Singletary, who saw 22 carries for 86 yards and a score Sunday compared to just five carries for all other players. Breida has done well to go from the NFL scrap heap into a No. 2 role for a team with a good chance to make the playoffs, but he's yet to see double-digit carries in any game this season and hasn't eclipsed 51 rushing yards in any contest. The only way he can provide value for desperate managers is if he can sneak his way into the end zone, which he's done three times this season.

Breida's teammate Zack Moss will be a healthy inactive for the third time in four weeks Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Devin Singletary should lead the backfield in carries, not to mention the team has a running quarterback in Josh Allen, but expect Breida to be sprinkled into the offense both as an occasional runner and pass catcher. Perhaps a longshot touchdown in a game the Bills are heavily favored in would provide some assistance to those deeply desperate for running back points.

Breida carried three times for 12 yards and had no catches on one target in Sunday's overtime loss to the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Managers forced to use Breida had high hopes when Zack Moss was made a healthy inactive for the second time in three weeks, but Josh Allen ended up with five more carries than the combined total of Devin Singletary and Breida. The Buffalo running back situation is an all-out carousel, and at this point trying to pick one of the three ponies is futile. Singletary is the best bet of the three only because he has the largest role in the passing game, something the Bills rely on far more than the running game. Incredibly, no Buffalo running back had a single carry in the entire first half Sunday.

Breida carried once for three yards and hauled in his lone target for a five-yard gain Monday in the Bills' 14-10 loss to the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
After keeping only three backs active in their Week 12 win over the Saints, Breida received the nod over Zack Moss, who was a healthy inactive for the second time this season. Though Breida saw a decent amount of work against the Saints (nine carries for 26 yards, two receptions for 29 yards and a touchdown) as the No. 2 option behind starter Devin Singletary, the 26-year-old fell to third in the pecking order Monday with Moss returning to the mix. Singletary narrowly out-snapped Moss (27 to 24) in the loss and saw the same amount of touches (10), while Breida (seven snaps) lagged far behind the two in both playing time and usage. Breida's role looks like it may vary week to week based on the Bills' game plans, making him a rather unreliable fantasy option, particularly in contests in which Moss is also active.

Breida carried nine times for 26 yards and caught both targets for 29 yards and a TD reception in Thursday's 31-6 win over New Orleans.
EDGE Analysis
Breida had only seen 12 carries all season prior to Thursday, but the Bills wanted to shake up a listless running attack and benched Zack Moss for the contest, giving Breida the opportunity he'd been waiting for. It looked like he was going to be the main ballcarrier for the night, but teammate Devin Singletary got hot, and the two ended up splitting work in an easy win. Singletary finished with 16 touches and 62 percent of the snaps, while Breida had 11 touches and 38 percent. We'll see if the Bills keep Moss on the bench for the team's Week 12 tilt against the rival Patriots, but our guess is this will be a fluid situation the rest of the way.

With Zack Moss a healthy scratch for Thursday night's game against the Saints, Breida figures to see added work in the Bills backfield along with Devin Singletary.
EDGE Analysis
With Moss inactive, what had recently been a three-back playing time split now is down to a timeshare that should feature Singletary and Breida. In the process, the two RBs will be operating against a New Orleans defense that has allowed an average of 89.8 rushing yards per game to date. While Breida isn't a high-percentage lineup option Week 12, the spark he's provided Buffalo's backfield of late has earned him a chance to work in tandem with Singletary, a context that makes him an option for those scrambling for RB help this week due to injuries or bye issues.
