Brown remains behind Antonio Brown and Markus Wheaton in the team's wideout pecking order, but he figures to factor in out of the slot Sunday when the Steelers roll with three-receiver sets, an assignment that could garner him some short-term utility in deeper formats.

Brown was targeted twice in the game and did not record a catch, with his utilization in Thursday's dress rehearsal seemingly confirming his current slotting as the team's No. 4 wideout behind Moore, as reflected by the team's posted depth chart.

Brown has a real chance of surpassing Lance Moore on the depth chart, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. "I don't want to waste any opportunities or waste any practices," Brown said. Brown, who has taken most of the first-team snaps with Ben Roethlisberger, gives the Steelers the height they have been missing from their outside receivers. At 6-foot-3, Brown has six inches on Moore. Although the team has yet to play a preseason game, this is clearly a position battle worth watching.
