Witten (ankle) was on the field for Friday's practice, Brandon George of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Witten suffered several minor injuries last week and still had both his ankles taped Friday, so he is not 100 percent healthy. However, he was able to take the field Friday for the third straight day, so it's looking likely he will be able to play in Week 3 as expected.
