Todman had five carries for 71 yards and a touchdown, adding two catches for five yards on three targets, in Thursday's 21-13 win over the Titans Working behind Toby Gerhart, Todman played the vast majority of his snaps on passing downs for the first three quarters, before exploding in the final frame. He didn't get his first carry until there were less than 10 minutes remaining, but he promptly took it for a 62-yard touchdown. He then added four more carries in the final four minutes, after Gerhart exited early because of a rib contusion. While the injury doesn't sound especially serious, Todman is seemingly next in line to start, if Gerhart can't face the Texans in Week 17.
