Titans waived WR Kevin Walter. Walter was schedule to be an unrestricted free agent, but was waived with a failed physical. Walter's faulty back prevented him from playing a snap for the Titans in 2013. Walter, who is 32 and is coming off a serious back injury, will be hard pressed to find opportunities this offseason.
