Titans waived RB Jamie Harper. A 2011 fourth-round pick, Harper ends his Titans career with just 36 carries for 74 yards and four touchdowns. Occasionally bandied about as a short-yardage threat to Chris Johnson, Harper was made redundant by the signing of Shonn Greene. A 5-foot-11, 233-pound load of a runner, Harper is still only 23, but is limited athletically. Signed cheaply through 2014, someone might give him a shot on waivers.
