"Dez obviously hasn't signed his franchise deal yet so he's not practicing." As ESPN.com relays, there has been speculation that Bryant -- who Cowboys franchise tagged at a rate of $12.823 million -- could conceivably miss regular season action if he does not have a long-term deal with the team in place before July 15. At first glance, such a scenario would appear unlikely, however, given that such a move would cost the wideout roughly $754,000 per week.
