Thomas will receive the franchise tag from the Broncos on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Thomas is projected to make nearly $13 million for the 2015 season as part of the tag. The move will likely allow tight end Julius Thomas to test the free agent market, but will keep the Broncos' top wideout under team control for another season. Thomas snagged 111 passes for 1,619 yards, both career-highs, and added 11 receiving touchdowns in 2014.
