The Los Angeles Chargers are signing free-agent linebacker Thomas Davis to an undisclosed deal. The Panthers all-time leader in tackles spent 14 years in Carolina but served a four-game suspension in 2018 and had 79 tackles and six passes defensed in 12 games.
