There has been frustration surrounding Denver's offense hesitancy or inability to go deep thus far this season. Thomas' 40-yard snag in the fourth quarter, in which he leaped up and over the defender, makes one wonder why the Broncos don't go for it more often. The catch was just Thomas' fifth of more than 20 yards on the season - well behind his career averages.
