The Saints worked out free agent DT Brandon Deaderick. Deaderick, 27 in August, made nine tackles across 13 appearances for the Jaguars as a reserve last season. He spent the previous three seasons with the Patriots, registering 45 tackles and five sacks in 34 games. Deaderick is a run-stuffer.
