The Saints will sign K John Kasay, formerly of the Panthers, according to the Charlotte Observer. Saints kicker Garrett Hartley is nursing a hip injury that coach Sean Payton says is minor. Kasay looks like a camp leg for the fourth preseason game unless Hartley's condition worsens.
