The Dolphins haven't ruled out Foster (hamstring) for Sunday's game against the Browns, Dan Graziano of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
A hamstring injury afflicted Foster's practice reps in advance of Week 2, but he was ultimately knocked out of Sunday's loss at New England with a groin concern. Due to his extensive medical chart, the Dolphins already plan to keep the running back out of the first practice of each week, so an absence Wednesday should be taken with a grain of salt. Instead, his ability to handle drills Thursday and Friday will give a better indication of his Week 3 availability. If the team's medical staff ultimately rules Foster out, a combination of Jay Ajayi, Kenyon Drake, and even Isaiah Pead will man the backfield Sunday.
