Steelers agreed to terms with No. 231 overall pick WR Toney Clemons on a four-year contract. Clemons was voted Colorado's most outstanding offensive player after recording 44 receptions for 680 yards and eight touchdowns last season. The Steelers are high on the Pittsburgh native's athleticism and envision him contributing on special teams if he makes the final roster.
