Plaxico Burress said after Sunday's game that he thought he wouldn't play against the Bills because of a back injury. The injury had Plax questionable on the injury report after the back began spasming late in the week. "My hat's off to Plaxico," coach Rex Ryan said. "His back was bothering him but he played great anyway." Burress did have a strong game, catching five passes for 79 yards. It's still a situation to monitor going forward because Plax is 34 with a history of back problems.
