Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford is expected to be ready to participate in 11-on-11 drills once training camp starts next week after recovering from a knee injury, according to NJ.com. Bradford, who was acquired from the St. Louis Rams earlier this offseason, is recovering from his second torn ACL in the last two years. "If I'm not ready for 11 on 11 by training camp, then something has gone horribly wrong," Bradford said. "That's the plan right now. We're going to keep plugging away and be ready when camp starts." The 27-year-old is expected to start this season, but will face competition in training camp from Mark Sanchez. Bradford has not played in a regular season game since Week 7 of the 2013 season, as he suffered his second ACL tear in training camp with St. Louis last August. Barring a setback, he appears on track to start Week 1.
