Patriots DE Trevor Scott (hamstring) and LB Tracy White (foot) have been ruled out for Week 10. Both have played just a handful of snaps this season, so there's really nothing to see here. White hasn't appeared in a game since Week 5, and Scott has been out since Week 6.
