Panthers re-signed exclusive rights free agent OG Chris Scott to a one-year, $570,000 contract. Scott appeared in ten games for the Panthers last season, making eight starts. He's had weight problems as recently as last summer when he reported to the Bills at 360 pounds. Jobs on the Carolina offensive line are open to competition.
