The former Dolphins wide receiver seemed in line for a prominent role with his new team, but he was overshadowed by both newcomer Andre Johnson and rookie Tajae Sharpe. Matthews' inability to deliver in a game in which the Titans threw it 41 times doesn't bode well for his chances in future contests for what should normally be a run-first offense.
