Martin gained 33 yards and scored a touchdown on 16 carries and secured one of two targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 36-10 win over the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
Martin couldn't find any running room against a stingy Bears front, totaling just 23 yards on 15 of his 16 carries. However, there were a couple of definite positives, one being his one-yard touchdown with 5:55 remaining that capped off Tampa's scoring on the day. The other was the fact he was able to get through the contest without reaggravating the hamstring injury he'd just returned from, good news for a Bucs backfield that has been decimated in recent weeks. Martin will try to take another step forward when Tampa travels to Arrowhead Stadium for a Week 11 tilt against the Chiefs.
