Lions signed LB Julian Stanford. Stanford is taking the roster spot of LB Travis Lewis, who was handed a four-game PED ban on Tuesday. Stanford appeared in all all 16 games for the Jaguars last season, making six starts. He'll contribute on special teams in Detroit.
