Kellen Winslow (knee) did not practice Wednesday. It's just a rest day for Winslow, who caught three passes for 27 yards in Sunday's loss to the Dolphins. He isn't on the TE2 radar for Week 14 and will continue to be used in a rotation behind Jeff Cumberland.
