Jeffery (knee) caught 5-of-6 targets for 77 yards Sunday against the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
The Colts paid plenty of defensive attention to Jeffery, and they were very effective in shutting him down in the first half. However, with the Bears trailing for the majority of the second half, the team found themselves in pass-heavy mode, allowing the star receiver to end up with a productive outing. Unfortunately, with quarterback Brian Hoyer throwing 43 passes and 397 yards, Jeffery only saw six targets, which likely left fantasy owners with a bit of an empty feeling. in addition, he found himself wide open behind the defense for a potential touchdown, but Hoyer failed to see him. He'll obviously continue to be an automatic starting option in fantasy lineups, and it should just be a matter of time until he starts scoring touchdowns.
