Jaguars signed WR Jeremy Ebert from their practice squad. Ebert will provide depth and contribute on special teams with both Stephen Burton (concussion) and Mike Brown (back) ruled out for Week 4. The Jaguars have also promoted WR Tobais Palmer to their 53-man roster.
