Isaiah Pead's one-game suspension stems from a July 2012 arrest for possession of two ounces of marijuana. The details of Pead's one-game ban initially went undisclosed as neither the NFL nor its players is under any obligation to explain suspensions. Coach Jeff Fisher has publicly supported Pead, who is almost a year removed from the violation and insists he's in a better place "mentally" after a lost rookie year.

only two ounces? considering the guy probably had his first million in the bank, two ounces is pretty petty and was probably just for personal use or a gift to a old thug buddy. its indeed illegal and he gets what he has coming to him but its not like the kid is out there trying to king pin. lucky for him he has Jeff Fisher. Fisher has been around for a very long time and knows how bad it can get and this just is not all that bad.
