Gradkowski (knee) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Max Henson of the team's official site reports.

Gradkowski was filling in for Ryan Kalil (shoulder) on Sunday when he aggravated a lingering knee issue, forcing him to exit the contest early. With both lineman now on IR, the Panthers brought in Ryan Wendell and Dan France to try and fill the void left by the veterans.
