Fuller was waived by the Lions on Tuesday, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fuller failed to see the field this season after breaking his foot at the beginning of training camp. The wideout was taken off the PUP list in Week 10, but remained on the inactive list Sunday against the Jaguars. The Lions will now only have four wideouts on the active roster.
