Free agent WLB Scott Shanle has spoken to the Rams about lining up a visit. Shanle was ineffective as an outside linebacker last season and the Saints are likely ready to move in a new direction. In St. Louis, he'd be able to battle the likes of David Vobora and Na'il Diggs for snaps. Note that Shanle was originally drafted by the Rams back in 2003.
