Free agent K Steven Hauschka has an "outside chance" to be franchise tagged. Hauschka would cost $3.6 million if franchised, but the Seahawks are considered more likely to re-sign him to a multi-year deal. One of the league's most reliable kickers, Hauschka was a Pro Bowl alternate in 2013 and missed only two field goals all year. He turns 29 this offseason.
